• Connected Platform Data: page/account identifiers, message content, sender profile data exposed by connected APIs, and related thread metadata.
• Booking Data: booking details such as service, schedule, timezone, contact fields, booking history, and booking action logs.
• Integration Data: integration status, selected calendar metadata, and Telegram chat identifiers where applicable.
• Payment/Billing Data: processed by Lemon Squeezy; we store limited billing records (e.g., plan, invoice records, card brand/last four where provided).
• Usage and Device Data: logs, analytics, and technical telemetry used to secure and improve service quality.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate core product functionality.
• Generate AI-assisted responses and booking operations you configure.
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and account lifecycle actions.
