Welcome to Asikaso AI ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Asikaso AI platform, including AI-powered messaging, lead capture, escalation tools, booking automation features, analytics, and third-party integrations. By creating an account, accessing, or using Asikaso AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Asikaso AI. You must also own or be authorized to manage any connected pages/accounts and have legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions under your account (including staff users). Notify us immediately at asikasoai@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Asikaso AI may integrate with services such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), OpenAI, Google Calendar, Telegram, and Lemon Squeezy. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
Certain features depend on third-party availability, permissions, and API behavior. We do not control third-party outages, policy changes, or access revocations.
AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or contextually inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated responses and booking actions, especially for high-value, time-sensitive, medical, legal, or regulated use cases.
You are solely responsible for all content, instructions, business information, prompts, knowledge base materials, and settings you provide to Asikaso AI, and for all AI-generated messages, recommendations, summaries, booking actions, or other outputs sent or made available through your connected accounts. You must review, supervise, and validate AI outputs as appropriate for your business and use case.
Asikaso AI is not designed or intended to provide medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, emergency, or other licensed professional advice. You must not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for advice, diagnosis, treatment, judgment, or services from a qualified professional. If you use Asikaso AI in a medical, health, wellness, legal, financial, or other regulated context, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all use, customer communications, disclosures, consents, supervision, recordkeeping, and human review comply with applicable laws, professional standards, platform policies, and third-party provider terms.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of Asikaso AI is appropriate for your industry and customers. Asikaso AI does not create a doctor-patient, provider-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between us and your customers or end users.
Booking features marked as beta are provided on an early-access basis and may change. You remain responsible for final confirmation, customer communication, and operational decisions.
Asikaso AI is offered on a subscription basis. Paid plans and add-ons may include free trials where presented. Unless you cancel before trial end, paid billing may start automatically according to the plan interval shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time via your billing portal, and cancellation generally takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and store content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and lawful basis to submit and process content through Asikaso AI.
If you submit, collect, store, or process health, medical, sensitive, regulated, or confidential information through Asikaso AI, you are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents, notices, authorizations, legal bases, and agreements, and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable privacy, data protection, healthcare, professional, and confidentiality laws.
You agree not to use Asikaso AI to:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, legal risk, or security concerns. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use.
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our control may impact performance.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the total amount paid by you to Asikaso AI in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asikaso AI is not responsible for claims, harms, losses, or decisions arising from your customers' or end users' reliance on AI outputs, professional or regulated use cases, medical or health-related communications, or actions you take or fail to take based on the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Asikaso AI and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your configuration or supervision of AI outputs, communications sent through your connected accounts, regulated or professional-services use cases, or your violation of these Terms, applicable law, third-party terms, or professional obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought exclusively in courts located in the Philippines.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
