Asikaso AI is an AI-powered chatbot that helps businesses manage customer conversations through Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs.
Using information provided by the business, it answers inquiries, recommends relevant products or services, follows up with interested customers, captures leads, and helps take bookings and orders 24/7.
It is built for businesses that receive frequent customer messages, especially those running ads, growing their online presence, or struggling to maintain fast response times as inquiries increase. Asikaso AI helps those businesses serve more customers without needing to hire additional staff just to keep up with messages.
With a focus on Philippine businesses, Asikaso AI is designed to be accessible, easy to set up, and simple to manage. It can respond naturally in English, Tagalog, and Taglish, helping automated conversations feel clear and familiar to customers.
Meet the founder
Irvan Castro
Based in the Philippines, I’m a computer science graduate from Mapúa University. I started building Asikaso AI in 2025 and have since worked across the product while speaking directly with the businesses that use it.

Why I built Asikaso AI
I built Asikaso AI after noticing that many Philippine businesses use Facebook Pages and Instagram for much more than marketing. Their social media inboxes often serve as their storefront, customer service desk, sales channel, and booking line, all in one place.
As these businesses grow, especially when they begin running ads, the number of customer messages can become difficult to manage. Owners and small teams repeatedly answer the same questions, inquiries can get buried, and interested customers may move on when they do not receive a timely response. Hiring additional staff solely to monitor messages may not always be practical either.
A missed message could mean a missed sale or opportunity. At the same time, many automation tools felt too complicated, too rigid, or disconnected from how Philippine businesses and their customers naturally communicate.
I wanted to build something more practical: an AI assistant that could understand each business and communicate naturally with its customers without requiring a complicated setup. My hope is that Asikaso AI can help businesses serve more customers, respond more consistently, and grow without losing the personal care behind every conversation.
